Election Day

All 40 Virginia Senate seats and 100 House of Delegate seats are up for re-election, as well as many local offices!  Election Officers work with voters inside the polling place.  Outside polling places, candidates and party volunteers distribute partisan materials.  Help is also needed outside polling places to direct people and give non-partisan information.  You can volunteer outside polling places as a League member so long as you don’t distribute or persuade for a party or candidate and you obey the polling place rules about where you can stand.  Contact Penny Adams at nbfginc@aol.com for more information.
