Traditionally, our work is community-based, educating and assisting voters. In the current "stay at home" situation, we want to keep working, and are in the process of strengthening our social media and internet outreach and ways for members to engage at a distance.
Tomorrow, April 1, marks the official beginning of the 2020 Census. Let's use this time to promote the Census and help amplify messaging about its importance. Most people should have received a postcard with a unique code to respond to the Census online. Please check this website, as well as our Twitter and Facebook posts for things you can do to spread the word about how to respond online and that it is crucial that everyone is counted. Completing your Census form is something positive, something to move us forward!
